Welcome, friend.

Do you ever hear a whisper in your head that says:

You're doing it wrong.

You're not doing enough.

You'll never measure up. â€‹

Do you desire perfection but get bogged down by imperfect people, circumstances, and the world around you, all while trying to prove that you are worthy of God’s love?

Me too.

Let's search Scripture together to find the truth that will set us free from perfectionism, striving, and unrealistic expectations.

Because in Jesus Christ, we can expect—and find—true perfection and perfect peace.

Feeling Out of Control?

We can choose what to eat for breakfast or what to wear for the day. But our schedule? That can change at the drop of a hat (or a virus). Our work? Secure—until the next budget cut or new boss. Our relationships? Well, you get the picture.

Some days, don’t we just wish our reach was a little longer, a little stronger? Perfectionism often springs from our desire for control—not just of circumstances, but of people, the future, everything we long to hold but can’t.

If you’re weary from trying to keep it all together, I invite you to open your Bible and join me in a free 5-day study. Together, we’ll remember that God is both loving and sovereign—and that He’s the One who truly holds it all.

I've been there.

My memoir, Winds of Grace:

Losing my Father, Surrendering Control, and Growing in Faith

is the story of how I learned to relax my grip and yield

to God's saving—and sustaining—grace.
