From stone tablets engraved by the finger of God to the mouths of men passed down to their children; from scrolls rolled in leather to codices made of papyrus and wood. From the Book of Kells to the Latin Vulgate printed on Gutenberg’s press, God has preserved his words to us over thousands of years. But why?

Waiting can feel like a dark and endless tunnel with no light at the end. If we’re not careful, fears, questions, and what-ifs can pin us permanently beneath a little gray cloud. But if we peek outside that tunnel, step out from under that cloud, and look to Scripture, we can find a more hopeful way to wait.
